Objectives

The 'Out of the Shadows Tour 2010--- we see thee rise' objectives are to:

• Actively promote Canada Post Foundation for Mental Health, in order to strengthen families together.
• Provide educational resources and awareness by bringing direct and electronic media attention to our Cause of Choice through a healthy, exercise focussed endeavour.
• Help CPC employees and all Canadians connect with Mental Health issues, and reduce the stigma associated with mental illness.

• fund raising goal of $756,800 (or $100 per kilometre) equates to 10,000 CPC employees/Canadians pledging one cent per kilometre.
